How do I ship my glove?

Pack your glove securely in a sturdy box (avoid shipping in just an envelope). Include a note with your name and return address. Ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to our workshop address, and email us your tracking number so we know it's on the way.

How long does service take?

Standard turnaround time is 7–14 business days after we receive your glove. During peak pre-season (Jan-March), times may slightly increase. We'll always communicate current lead times when quoting.

Will you preserve my glove's break-in?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We carefully tear down and rebuild the glove following its existing mold to preserve your established shape and feel. The new laces will be stiff initially, but your pocket stays intact.

What if additional repairs are needed?

If we find torn leather, broken plastic inserts, or heavy mold during tear-down, we will pause and contact you with photos. We never perform extra work or add charges without your explicit approval.

What brands do you service?

We service all major brands including Rawlings, Wilson, Mizuno, SSK, Nokona, Marucci, Easton, 44 Pro, and more. If it's made of leather, we can relace it.

Can I choose my lace color?

Yes! You can choose from 14+ premium leather lace colors in your service request. We can also do two-tone relacing (e.g., black web, red fingers) at your request.

Do you offer local drop-off?

We are primarily a mail-in service reaching all 50 states. However, local pickups and drop-offs in the Bay Area / Northern California can occasionally be arranged. Please contact us to inquire.
